Emily possesses a wealth of knowledge from over twenty years experience in the dental field. As one of Dr. Wilkey’s dental assisting co-therapists, she aids patients in pre operative, as well as post operative dental procedures. Her great passion and sincere dedication to her patient’s is easily recognized as she helps them achieve optimal oral health and beautiful dentistry.
Emily has extensive post graduate training in the areas of cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry. With an artist’s eye she is able to color match enamel and porcelain, giving her patient a natural, beautiful smile.

Lisa Ketterer, CDADental assisting co-therapist
Lisa has been in dentistry for over fifteen years working with dentists all over the Southeast. Being a military wife, Lisa has had opportunities to work in some of the most progressive dental offices. She has extensive training in all aspects of patient care and advanced dental procedures.
Lisa joined our practice three years ago after moving back to the Columbus area. Our patients enjoy her calming spirit and passion for individualized patient care. Her professionalism is apparent in the operatory working with Dr. Wilkey in the area of restorative and cosmetic procedures.

Lisa has been in dentistry for over twenty years and continues to enjoy treating adults and children in all aspects of dental care. Her caring nature and calming personality makes her a favorite with her patients. Lisa has chosen to be proactive in learning new and improved treatment modalities in order to offer up to date dental hygiene procedures.
Lisa has traveled all over the Southeast attending continuing education courses focusing on learning new oral cancer detection techniques, periodontal disease treatments, and decay prevention methods. She is an avid student on topics pertaining to dental and dental hygiene practices. She is a valuable asset to our practice.

Marlene JohnsonDental Insurance Specialist
Marlene has worked in the dental insurance industry for over twenty five years and is a master at obtaining the maximum insurance reimbursements for our patients. Her accuracy and attention to detail is a tremendous asset when working with complicated dental insurance claims. Our patients greatly appreciate her expertise and tenaciousness when filing and follow up of dental insurance claims.
Marlene also works well with patients in developing financial options in order to help with the costs of dental procedures. Marlyn is also a veteran in the dental field. With her twenty plus years of experience she is a master at helping patients coordinate their schedule with our practice appointment schedule in order to minimize wait time and loss of time at work. Marlin assists patients with easy to access appointment confirmation systems via e-mail, fax, cell phone texts, as well as the one on one phone confirmations. This helps patients in organizing dental appointments and is a much appreciated service.
Marlyn is also available to aid with all correspondence needs between our practice and dental specialists and referral sources. She helps patients in updating yearly insurance and personal information updates. Let her know if you need her assistance in any area of your dental practice information.

Dental Practice Management Trainer and Consultant
Slade has been working clinically in the dental profession for over twenty eight years and continues to enjoy the one on one aspect of dentistry. Her passion for treating patients with periodontal disease is apparent. She enjoys helping them achieve their optimum oral hygiene goals. With the recent research showing a direct relationship between dental health and total health, her knowledge and experience is invaluable for our practice and patients.
Slade continuously attends continuing education courses in order to keep abreast of the latest techniques, procedures, and treatments available for our patients. In addition to clinical dental hygiene her expertise is shared with other dental practices through her consulting and training services. Slade’s extensive knowledge, education, experience is an asset for our practice.

Susan has taken on the vast role of infection control specialist. This important position comes with the essential duty of keeping our patient’s and employees safe from cross contamination of bacterial and viral byproducts. Her thirty years of extensive dental experience makes her the obvious choice for this necessary position.
Susan also maintains a secondary position as dental assisting co-therapist. She enjoys assisting Dr. Wilkey by helping patient’s achieve their desired dental results. Our patients respond well to her caring and nurturing demeanor.
